Mr. Emmett Corbin has spent over 20 years providing exemplary consulting, management, support and troubleshooting on a myriad of devices ranging from highly technical electronics, software and mechanical systems. Mr. Corbin is a Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Electronics expert, and licensed low-voltage expert in the state of Florida.
Robert F. Gambon, P.E.
Mechanical Engineer& Project Manager
Mr. Gambon has managed projects-ranging in size from thousands to multi-million dollars beginning with preliminary planning and permitting through final designs and construction support. His experience ranges a vast number of fields ranging from energy to waste systems, and everywhere in between. He is a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and West Virginia.
Randy Malbrough Jr.

Mr. Randy Malbrough has 10 years of radio and broadcasting experience as well as electrical and restoration experience. He has 10 years managing smaller scale projects and communications training. Additionally, Mr. Malbrough is one of our lead inventory specialists.

Mr. George Reither has been providing telecommunications consulting to carriers, expert witness testimony on telecommunications matters, and as an analyst and Technical Forensic Consultant to investigate and determine root causes and make recommendations regarding improvement and necessary corrective actions for decades. Mr. Reither is a member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). Mr. Reither is also a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI).
Rick Renshaw, P.E.
Electrical Engineer & Project Manager
Mr. Rick Renshaw has 18 years’ experience providing technical consulting and project supervision on many construction and disaster projects. In addition he has performed as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9000 quality program to working as an electrician assistant in the field. Mr. Renshaw is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).

First Sergeant Keith Sandor is 20-year retired Marine Corps Veteran. 1SG Sandor’s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with gold star in lieu of third award, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with gold star in lieu of second award. He has been a communications chief, radio chief and communications trainer.

Mr. Mark Schafer has been providing quality technical consulting and restoration services for a myriad of projects over the last 30 plus years. He has international experience consulting on damaged equipment, restoration projects and expert witness testimony. He is member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI) as well as a Haag Certified Roof Inspector. He is a private sector member of FEMA Region III and FEMA Region IV. Also. Also, active member of NFPA – National Fire Protection Association, LASHFM – Louisiana Society for Healthcare Facility Managers and PLRB – Property & Liability Resource Bureau.
Franklin Taveras

Mr. Franklin Taveras has been in IT and computer networking for 15+ years. He has extensive experience restoring electronics, electrical gear and machinery impacted by fire, water intrusion and smoke incidents varying in size from church and homes to high rise buildings and healthcare environments. Mr. Taveras is well versed in all safety aspects capable to address injuries, notifications, trainings, and violations.
Attilio J. Zasso, P.E.
Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager
Mr. Zasso is a team oriented professional with over 20 years in utility management/leadership of major programs and multi-disciplinary staff related to the operation and maintenance of hydro generation power plants and major pumping plants. Mr. Zasso led the fire forensic investigation of the Thermalito Pumping –Generating Plant fire in November 2012 and was a co-project manager of the State Water Project Fire Systems Modernization Assessment project assessing 40 facilities’ fire and life safety systems for future modernization.
