Electro-Mechanical Recertifiers, LLC. (ER LLC.) as a participating private sector member in partnership with the University of Maryland Center for Health & Homeland Security (CHHS) and the Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) wants to post this directory which is applicable to FEMA Region III. Our commitment to pre-disaster private-public partnership with FEMA Region III (DC, DE, MD, PA, VA, and WV) through the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant (RCPG) Program is critical to the infrastructure of our economy and wellbeing of all local businesses and their ability to recover.
